The session will be led by Sarah Travers, with music thoughtfully selected by Mary Clare Pyron. Together, we will create a peaceful space where you can find stillness, connect with God, and restore your spirit.

To ensure a comfortable experience, find a quiet place where you can lie down undisturbed. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, socks, and any personal items that help you feel at ease. For reflection, you may want to have a journal nearby, and some people enjoy using earbuds for the breathwork session.

​

We recommend joining on an empty stomach and keeping your camera on for personalized support. During the session, you’ll experience the healing power of breathwork, which can provide many benefits, such as reducing stress, enhancing nervous system function, releasing emotions, improving circulation, increasing vitality, promoting better sleep, and deepening your connection to intuition and self-trust.
