Hello, I am Mary Clare!

I am a wife and mother to three wonderful children. A Nashville native. I attended Texas Christian University for my undergraduate studies, where I double-majored in Music and Nursing. I then earned my Master’s in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Samford University. With over a decade of experience in nursing, my most recent role was as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care. My combined expertise as a nurse practitioner and a nurse coach enables me to address the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. This comprehensive approach helps individuals fully embrace their true selves and create the change they desire to see in the world.
